How Does Invisalign Work?
We take digital scans of your teeth (that’s right, no gooey impressions!) to create a computerized, 3D model of your mouth. Dr. Piskai plans your treatment directly on the model, moving each tooth into its ideal place. A series of aligners is then fabricated just for you according to the plan.
You’ll wear your aligners for about 22 hours per day, taking them out to eat, drink most beverages, and brush and floss. The aligners exert gentle force that moves your teeth into place. You’ll change to a new set weekly and, as you do, your smile will take shape right before your eyes.
